What to do for Cracked Heels
--To soften your heel skin try giving your feet a soothing soak in warm water with some bath salts.--When you have thoroughly cleaned your feet, dry them with a soft towel and inspect them. Look for any calluses, athlete's foot, bunions, or corns. And be sure to dry thoroughly between the toes. --With a metal file or pumice stone rub off any hardened skin on your heels and feet that you found while doing your inspection. --Then go to work rubbing in a skin softening cream. Massage all the areas of your feet and right up the ankle. --Socks should be worn after moisturizing your feet. --Flax seed oil is another remedy that you may try.

Look for creams and moisturizers that are made from natural sources to get the best benefits and keep at it. It may take a little time before you get rid of those fissured heels.
